Central bank: Russia’s trend inflation speeds up to 4.29% in Feb

MOSCOW, Mar 11 (PRIME) -- Russia’s trend inflation calculated for a five-year interval accelerated to 4.29% in February from 4.12% in January, the central bank said in a statement on Thursday.

An estimate for a three-year interval increased to 4.53% from 4.24%.

“Our estimates show that inflationary pressures, adjusted for one-off and temporary factors, have been gradually increasing in recent months,” the regulator said.
